These terms govern sales concluded on velomalin.com between VéloMalin and its consumer customers within the European Union.

Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (applicable French VAT). Shipping is free within the European Union unless stated otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
Under French Consumer Code articles L.221-18 et seq., you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
Legal warranty
All products carry the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. The commercial frame warranty is 10 years.
